Ronnie Alonte announced Friday that he now has no intentions to let go of his relationship with Loisa Andalio again, after opening up about the time he was almost giving it up.

Alonte revealed in his interview on "Tonight with Boy Abunda" that he and Andalio were breaking up at one point, saying "ayaw ko na" because of all the stress that came with their relationship.

The young actor was vague about the details as he said he had no intention of coming back together until he realized with their fans how much he loves Andalio.

"Bumalik sa utak ko, 'Oo nga no. Hindi ako sanay nang wala siya sa tabi ko lagi, hindi na ako sanay nang wala siya," he said.

Alonte and Andalio reports, which first announced their relationship back in 2018, started breaking up early last year.

They've been patching things up since then and they've been working on a new movie, "James & Pat & Dave," set for release this Wednesday.

The biggest lesson he learnt from their split, according to Alonte, is to accept the flaws of your partner.

"Kailangan tanggap mo siya --kung ano man siya, ano man ang pagkatao niya, ano man ang mangyari," he said.

Alonte was on the late night talk show to promote "James & Pat & Dave," a sequel to the 2016 blockbuster "Vince & Kath & James." In addition to Andalio as Pat and newcomer Donny Pangilinan as Dave, he sees him taking up his titular role.
