Sarah Geronimo hindi makapaniwalang na blocked sa 'The Voice Teens 2'

In the second season of "The Voice Teens" a 14-year-old from Davao City became the first member of Lea Salonga's squad, thanks to a little support from coach, who "blocked" Sarah Geronimo.

Pia Banga, who entered the competition to help pay off the debts of her family, was the night's second four-chair turner, but's decision meant she couldn't pick Geronimo as her mentor.

In this new season, which began Saturday, a new "block mechanic" was introduced, giving every coach the power to prohibit fellow coaches from recruiting talented singers into their teams.

Geronimo quipped that she was never this "angry" before in the series as she really wanted Banga to join her team because of how she nailed "The Power of Love" from Celine Dion's most challenging song.

"Minsan lang ako magalit pero grabe iyong kanina," Geronimo joked, apologizing for his move to block her

The Black Eyed Peas singer clarified that Banga will definitely choose Geronimo as her voice suits the genre of pop star. He said he wanted Banga to challenge herself and to learn from the other trainers.

This got Salonga's encouragement, who funnily noted that Geronimo's team has so far won four of the seven seasons: "Naka-ilang panalo na iyan, huwag kang mag-sorry sa kanya."

Eventually, it was Salonga who gained most from's block as Banga wanted the Broadway actress to be her mentor.
